Hello! Bongmyeong House is a cozy studio apartment located just a 2-minute walk from Soonchunhyang University Hospital and a 10-second walk from Exit 2 of Bongmyeong Station. We wanted to create a simple yet warm space where you can relax. It features a comfortable sofa bed and an adjustable dining table. Please note that there is no standard bed, as frequent washing is difficult and we prioritize hygiene. Feel free to ask the host anything; we are happy to assist you. All four units at Bongmyeong House are managed directly by the owner, ensuring quick responses and service. As this room is sized for a single occupant, renting it for two or more people may result in inconvenience and additional management fees.
It is just a 10-second walk from Exit 2 of Bongmyeong Station. You can see it immediately after coming down the escalator. You won't experience any fatigue from the commute. A room with absolutely the best location!
Check-in and check-out are contactless; instructions will be provided upon reservation confirmation. As this is a rental rather than a standard hotel stay, please bring your own toiletries and bedding. Smoking is prohibited indoors. We ask for your cooperation. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left excessively dirty. Please also note that immediate eviction may be required if the person staying differs from the person who made the reservation, or in cases involving short-term stays by foreign nationals or move-ins via proxy contracts.
It is a 2-minute walk to Soonchunhyang University Hospital. There is a convenience store, a cafΓ©, and Mega Coffee in the adjacent building for your convenience. Whether you are here for a clinical placement, business trip, caregiving, moving, or travel, you can rest comfortably. Please note that compensation may be required for any damage to the facilities or furniture. All utility costs are included in the management fee; however, additional charges may be requested in the event of excessive usage.
It was convenient to use public transportation since it was right in front of the subway station, and having a university hospital right next door gave me peace of mind in case of any emergencies.
