Located near the Yongbong District, Yongbong IC, and the Gwangju Biennale Exhibition Hall, the area offers excellent accessibility and infrastructure. Cultural facilities such as the Gwangju Biennale Exhibition Hall, Gwangju Museum of Art, Gwangju Museum of History and Folk Art, and the Children's Grand Park are clustered nearby, while the Yongbong Green Wetland provides a great space for walking, relaxing, and exercising. Within the city center, it is convenient to access popular restaurants in the Yongbong Jeoncheol-u Intersection food alley (famous in Buk-gu), Kia Champions Field, Yongbong Fashion Street, various shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, and Daiso. Nearby, you can find restaurants featured on Sung Si-kyung’s YouTube show *Meogeultende* (What to Eat), such as "Yongbong-dong 25-si Somunnan Odolppyeo" (Famous Cartilage) and the Unam-dong cartilage and *makchang* (abomasum) alley—a spot frequented by Kia player Kwak Do-gyu (known from the show *I Live Alone*).
It is located near the Yongbong District, Yongbong IC, and Seo-Gwangju IC. Access to highways and ring roads is convenient.
The host will provide a briefing upon your arrival. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited. The room features a queen-sized bed with bedding provided for two guests; the mattress is protected by a waterproof pad to ensure cleanliness. We strive to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Additional bedding is available upon request. Basic essentials (towels, toilet paper, tissues, wet wipes, disposable gloves, a 10L standard waste bag, plastic food bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, a sponge, a dishcloth, etc.) are provided once upon arrival, as shown in the photos. Condiments and disposable personal care items (toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, soap) are not provided due to personal preferences and hygiene considerations.
Please dispose of recyclables in the recycling bins and food waste in the communal food waste bin at the first-floor recycling area. General waste should be placed in the designated standard waste bags for disposal. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. (Adjustments to check-in/check-out times may be possible if there are no conflicting bookings.)
Management fee includes: city gas and electricity charges. Food waste disposal and water charges. Additional management fees may be charged if the included utilities are used excessively.
You were incredibly kind and quick to respond—simply the best. I was a bit worried since it was my first time using this service, but I'm so glad I met such a great host. The place was in excellent condition, and I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I visit Gwangju. Thank you.
