This fully-furnished officetel is meticulously set up for short-term rentals, offering the convenience of a double station area with Sangbong Station and Mangwoo Station. Check-in is contactless. -Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions, including the password, the day before check-in. -No smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes). -Pets are allowed for an additional fee (50,000 KRW for disinfection). Only trained dogs are allowed. -If you leave personal belongings or trash behind, a cleaning fee will be charged. -No parties or noise (to prevent complaints).

The host was incredibly kind! ♡ They were so thoughtful, and I had a wonderful stay!! The double-glazed windows keep it quiet, and the building itself is very sturdily constructed, so it is nice and peaceful. I highly recommend this place! ♡♡
