It was affordable, quiet, and nice.
The room has plenty of storage space. Heating and air conditioning work well. Soundproofing is poor. There is no storage space in the bathroom, so I keep my shampoo on top of the toilet. The bathroom lacks an exhaust fan but has a window that opens onto the hallway outside. Also, the water temperature fluctuates repeatedly between hot and cold, so you need to adjust the flow carefully. There is only one wall outlet, so you need an extension cord; however, that single outlet is already occupied by the TV and router. I was flustered at first, but since I don't watch TV, I simply unplugged it to use the outlet for my own devices. A 2-socket power strip is provided in the room. Starbucks, a supermarket, and Daiso are nearby. There is a convenience store about a 5-minute walk away, but the supermarket is closer, so I recommend using that instead. On the first day, when I turned on the bathroom water, muddy-colored water came out for about two seconds; let the water run for a bit before using it. The washer and dryer work well. Conditioner and shampoo are provided, but I recommend buying your own.
There's no cigarette smell, and it's prepared cleanly! I'll use it again next time.
