There is a village bus number 16 that goes to Gochon Station, which is a 5-minute walk away. There is ample parking space, so it is convenient to use your own car.
Check-in is contactless. We will send you the front door password and other information via text message on the day of check-in. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This facility is for 1-2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people. Please let us know in advance if you will be using it with 2 or more people. This is a short-term rental, not a hotel. We do not provide toiletries such as toothbrushes or toothpaste. No smoking indoors. Pets are not allowed.
It consists of two houses, one with a blue front door and the other with a red front door. Since there are two houses, if the person renting the house next door is there, please be mindful of noise late at night. No smoking inside, smoking is allowed outside. (Do not throw cigarette butts in the yard.) When using the barbecue, be careful with embers (make sure to close the lid after using the brazier). Registration of move-in is not possible. There are many cats because there is a feeding station for stray cats.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. Additional charges may apply for excessive use of electricity, water, and heating.
