[Check-in / Check-out] Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: Before 11:00 AM * Please inform us in advance if checking out late. * An additional fee of 10,000 KRW applies per hour. [Accommodation Rules] 1. This is a residential area, so please keep quiet after 10:00 PM. 2. Smoking is prohibited indoors. If you wish to smoke, please go outside the building. * An additional special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if indoor smoking is detected. 3. Additional charges may apply if stains on bedding cannot be removed. 4. Please remove your shoes indoors. [Upon Check-out] Please turn off the air conditioner or heating when going out or checking out. . Please dispose of trash in volume-based bags in the trash sorting bins located at the front of the 1st floor. (Trash bags are in the first drawer under the kitchen induction cooktop.) . For food waste, please use the food waste sorting bin next to the trash can at the front of the 1st floor after touching your card. (The card is located on the left side of the second drawer under the induction cooktop.) . Every Monday, please separate and recycle plastic bottles and paper waste in front of the security office in Building 102.^^ For the convenience of our tenants, we have added a queen bed and replaced all mattresses with new ones, taking care to provide a clean and comfortable accommodation. Thanks to the host's thoughtful care, my family and I had a truly warm and comfortable stay. First of all, the accommodation was much cleaner and more pleasant than it appeared in the photos, so we felt great the moment we walked in. The bedding and towels were impeccably clean and soft, allowing us to relax comfortably—just like at home—throughout our stay. Its location near the heart of Seongsu-dong and Seoul Forest made getting around very convenient, and my whole family was delighted with the many lovely cafes and great restaurants nearby. I also appreciated the quick and friendly communication. This is a place I would definitely want to stay at again next time I visit Seoul. Highly recommended!
