[Check-in / Check-out] Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: Before 11:00 AM * Please let us know in advance if you require a late check-out. * An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour applies for late check-outs. [House Rules] 1. This is a residential area; please keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM. 2. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please step outside the building if you wish to smoke. * A special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if smoking indoors is detected. 3. Additional fees may apply if bedding stains cannot be removed. 4. Please remove your shoes when indoors. [Upon Check-out] Please turn off the air conditioner or heating when leaving the unit. . Please dispose of general waste in the designated bins at the front of the 1st floor using the standard waste bags provided. (Bags are located in the top drawer under the kitchen induction cooktop.) . For food waste, please use the designated bin next to the general waste area on the 1st floor by tapping your access card. (The card is located on the left side of the second drawer under the induction cooktop.) . Please separate recyclables (such as PET bottles and paper) and place them in the designated area in front of the Building 102 security office every Monday. To enhance guest comfort, we have added a queen-sized bed and replaced all mattresses with new ones, striving to provide a clean and comfortable stay.
