01. Check-in/Check-out Times - Check-in: After 3:00 PM / Check-out: By 11:00 AM the next day - This is time for cleaning and inspection for the next guests. Please adhere to the check-out time. 02. Facilities and Damage - All facilities are available for free use, but please keep them clean as if they were your own home. - Please note that disposing of waste or food scraps in the toilet may cause malfunctions. - Please be aware that you are responsible for damages to items and facilities within the building. - To prevent bedding contamination, eating in the bedrooms is prohibited. 03. Hygiene - Please separate general waste and recyclables according to the sorting guidelines. - Please wash used dishes and place them on the drying rack. 04. Safety - To protect the lawn and trees, lighting fires indiscriminately is prohibited. - After using the barbecue facilities, please ensure that the embers are extinguished and there are no remaining hot spots. 05. Smoking - All areas within the building are non-smoking zones. - If indoor smoking is detected, you will be immediately asked to check out and an additional professional cleaning fee (300,000 KRW) will be charged. Finally, please double-check that you have not left any items behind before checking out. We are not responsible for lost items. (Please be especially careful with valuables.)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
