The entire space has been remodeled into a hotel-style studio, designed to seamlessly connect relaxation and daily life, allowing you to enjoy a spacious area at a more reasonable price than a hotel. With a relaxed layout featuring a sofa and table, it's suitable not only for relaxation but also for work and long-term stays, and is especially recommended for long-term stays or workations. It's a space where you can relax and look at the sea on the quiet Dalmaji Hill.

I stayed here for a week, and it was a place that truly allowed me to relax and unwind. It had a stylish, IKEA-showroom-like vibe, but it wasn't just about aesthetics; it was practically equipped with everything I needed, making my stay very comfortable. The views were stunning—from the sea and boats visible through the large front windows and the European-style buildings nearby to the garden scenery seen from the side window—and I loved the sound of birdsong throughout the day. At night, the lighting created a cozy atmosphere, and the bed and bedding were so comfortable that I slept soundly every night. It was a space that satisfied me in every way—style, practicality, and scenery—so I think it will remain a memorable experience for a long time.
It’s been a long time since I found an accommodation that I liked this much, so I’m writing this review with a happy heart. The moment I stepped inside, the stunning interior and the wide-open ocean view put me completely at ease throughout my entire stay! I can’t believe the quality you get for this price... 🤍🫧 I loved it so much that I’m writing a rather long review—honestly, I kind of want to keep this place a secret just for myself!! The space was much larger than I expected, and with the sofa and table well-arranged, it was perfect for getting some work done while looking at the sea or just relaxing with a cup of coffee! The TV is adjustable, so I could watch Netflix and YouTube whether I was sitting up or lying down. Since it’s located in a quiet residential area, I was able to rest deeply without worrying about noise, and the location was perfect with walking paths and charming cafes nearby. Parking was convenient, and there was an elevator, which made moving my luggage a breeze. I definitely want to come back here again, whether for a month-long stay or just a trip.
