An additional charge of 50,000 KRW per person will be incurred for any unauthorized entry. 🚫 House Rules 1. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the room. Violators will be fined 300,000 KRW + special cleaning fee + the cost of the next guest's stay if damages occur. 2. Quiet hours are from 10 PM. In case of noise complaints, you will be asked to leave without a refund. 3. Pets are not allowed.
✅ Other Precautions - Please take off your shoes inside the accommodation. - Only simple cooking is allowed. Dishes that produce strong odors or splatter a lot of oil, such as meat, fish, or mala tang, are not permitted. The fire alarm may be triggered. - Upon check-out, please wash the dishes and separate general waste, food waste, and recyclables. - Eating on bedding and rugs is not allowed. - In case of contamination or damage to the accommodation's fixtures, carpets, bedding, or furniture, cleaning fees and actual costs will be charged. - If you intentionally cause economic loss by using the accommodation's electricity, water, heating/cooling facilities, etc., you may be charged for the cost. - In case of violation of the precautions, special cleaning fees and additional accommodation fees may be charged if the accommodation is unavailable for the next guest.
