This is a newly renovated, cozy, and comfortable "healing room." It is a fully equipped unit featuring three air conditioners, a Smart Moving TV, and a washer-dryer.
• It is a 10-minute walk to Sau Station and just two stops away from Gimpo Airport Station. • The area is fully equipped with amenities such as Daiso, Starbucks, A Twosome Place, Olive Young, Subway, and banks. • It is a 20-minute drive to KINTEX and Gimpo Hyundai Premium Outlet.
This is a non-smoking room. The standard occupancy is 4 people; an additional fee applies for any extra guests.
Utility fees are charged on a weekly basis. Additional charges may apply if usage is excessive.
It is a small, cozy place. Parking looked tricky at first, but it turned out to be manageable, and the unit is well-equipped with necessary amenities. However, as noted in other reviews, the bathroom drainage is poor, and the lack of a shower curtain causes water to splash everywhere. The table is too large for the size of the living room, making it awkward to sit down or stand up, and the kitchen is very small. Four of us stayed there, but personally, I don't think it's suitable for four people; it seems ideal for just two or three. Although the place has been beautifully renovated, it felt somewhat lacking in terms of convenience as a rental. Transportation was convenient; it was easy to catch a Kakao Taxi, and it was just a ten-minute walk from Sau Station. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and having a convenience store just a minute away was a plus.

The host is kind and thoughtful, but since the house is old, there are major drainage issues throughout the bathroom—affecting the sink, bathtub, and floor alike. Apart from the bathroom, the place has been neatly renovated. There is also an issue with the location; public transportation is very inconvenient, and it is extremely difficult to catch a taxi.
I had a very comfortable stay. The place was spotless, and the host was wonderful.
