📅 Check-in/Check-out Procedures - Check-in is contactless. - Maximum 2 people can stay (please inform us in advance if there are additional guests) - This is a studio apartment building where smoking and pets are prohibited. If violated, restoration costs such as cleaning fees will be incurred. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. * Check-in after 3 PM * Check-out at 11 AM (inquire for adjustments) - Please be sure to separate and dispose of trash in the parking lot on the 1st floor. - Since a basic cleaning fee is charged, you must leave the room in the same clean and tidy condition as when you checked in. 🔥 Absolutely Prohibited • No smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes) / No pets without prior notice / No loud noises or parties, and absolutely no smoking in the building. (Please adhere to these rules. Violations will result in a 200,000 KRW cleaning fee + immediate eviction)
• This is a short-term rental space, not an accommodation business. Therefore, hygiene items such as toiletries and towels are not provided.
Gas, electricity, and water bills are included. If you use them excessively, we may request an additional fee.
