This is a room in a spacious detached house (2 stories) near the back gate of Sangji University. A newlywed couple lived here until recently, and now that they've moved out for a better opportunity, it's been transformed into a 'short-term rental'. I use it myself while commuting between Seoul and Wonju, and I've furnished it as a 'minimalist' space with only the essentials. Therefore, while basic items (towels, hair dryer, etc.) are provided, it's not a hotel, so basic toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) may not be available depending on the situation. I hope you can relax comfortably in a home-like atmosphere without worrying about others and enjoy Wonju.

It's a 1-minute walk from the back gate of Sangji University campus.
- Since I am not in Wonju on some days, check-in is usually done non-face-to-face. - We will inform you of the door lock password when check-in is confirmed. - Only the 2nd floor is a detached house, and the 1st and 3rd floors are studio spaces, so please be considerate of your neighbors. - All items in the detached house can be used freely on the condition that they are returned to their original state. - The ideal number of occupants is 4 or less, but the space is large, so please inquire if you need to add more people. - Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Since it's right in front of a university, all the basic amenities for daily life are available.
If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out. (Especially if you raise the heating temperature too much in winter and get hit with a huge city gas bill, ㅠ)
