This is a room on the second floor of a spacious detached house near the back gate of Sangji University. It was recently occupied by a newlywed couple who moved out for a new opportunity, leading to its conversion into a short-term rental. As my parents and I use this space while traveling between Seoul and Wonju, it is set up with a minimalist approach, containing only the essentials. While basic items we use ourselves (such as towels and a hair dryer) are available, please note that this is not a hotel; depending on the situation, basic toiletries (like toilet paper, shampoo, or toothpaste) may not be provided. Enjoy a comfortable stay and a relaxing trip to Wonju in this spacious, private setting where you can unwind without worrying about others.
Transportation is excellent. It is a one-minute walk from the back gate of the Sangji University campus.
- As I am sometimes away from Wonju, the check-in process is typically contactless. - I will provide the door lock passcode once your stay is confirmed. - You will be staying on the second floor (which functions as a private house unit), while the first and third floors consist of studio apartments; please be considerate of your neighbors. - You are free to use all items within the unit, provided they are returned to their original condition. - While the ideal occupancy is 3 people, the space is large enough to accommodate up to 6 guests. Please contact me separately if you have a group of 4 to 6 people. (The base rent remains the same, but the maintenance fee will be adjusted upward.) - Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. - A Wi-Fi-enabled TV is provided.
Since it is located right in front of the university district, all essential amenities are available.
Please note that additional charges may apply upon check-out if electricity or gas is used excessively (especially if the heating is set too high during winter, resulting in an exorbitant gas bill).
