It is a 5-minute walk from the Gyeongguk National University (formerly Andong National University) bus terminus. You can reach the terminus by taking Express Bus No. 1 (40 minutes) or Trunk Buses No. 110, 610, or 212 (45 minutes) from Andong KTX Station (Andong Bus Terminal).
We will send you the house rules once the booking is confirmed. As this is a detached house, you are free to smoke outdoors. There are no issues with noise between floors. Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
You are free to take walks around the Gyeongbuk National University (formerly Andong National University) sports field and campus at any time of day or night. You can utilize the restaurants, cafes, laundromats, karaoke rooms, PC bangs, and various entertainment facilities in the university town. A large supermarket (Big Mart) is located 4.2 km away. Major tourist attractions include Woryeonggyo Bridge (10 km), Dosan Seowon (28 km), Hahoe Village (34 km), Bongjeongsa Temple (21 km), Yeongdeok Ganggu (74 km), Mt. Cheongnyangsan (42 km), and Mt. Juwangsan (50 km). A river (Banbyeoncheon Stream) is located within a 10-minute walk. You may use the calligraphy and watercolor painting supplies in the study and are free to read the books on the shelves. For long-term rentals, you also have the option to grow your own vegetables. ※ As this is not a commercial lodging facility, items such as laundry detergent, bedding (quilts, mats, etc.), toiletries (soap, towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, etc.), and personal hygiene products are not provided.

During this exceptionally hot summer marked by heatwaves, I revisited the healing retreat I had first visited in May. Upon opening the gate, I found the jujube tree laden with fruit, while hollyhocks, zinnias, and resurrection lilies bloomed beautifully in the yard. The vegetables in the garden—eggplants, chili peppers, kale, chives, cherry tomatoes, and more—seemed to warmly welcome a familiar guest. I leave feeling truly refreshed amidst this sea of green.
