This is a non-smoking room. There is a sink and kitchen, but there is no ventilation fan, so it may be difficult to eat. There is a ramen pot, induction cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator.
There are attractions nearby, such as Yeonseo Market, Lotte Super, and Yeonsinnae Rodeo Street. Hospitals, restaurants, and cafes, including Metro Tower and Cheongseongseongsim Hospital, are within walking distance.
The management fee is 25,000 won per week, but if the water and electricity bills exceed 30,000 won, we will charge you for the excess. For your information, if you leave the boiler on all day, it will cost 10,000 won per day.
The three weeks flew by! The bus stop and subway station are only a 1-2 minute walk away, making transportation convenient. Daiso and Yeonseo Market are right in front, so it was easy to buy necessary items. It was also educational for the kids to explore the market, see delicious food, people, and buy things like vegetables and fish. The tableware in the accommodation was charming, making meals enjoyable. I especially appreciate the landlord's consideration of our time. We had a great rest with the kids in the spacious place!
