New flooring has recently been installed. There is no separate bedroom, but the space is open and spacious. It gets plenty of natural light. As I occasionally stay here, some of my personal belongings are still in the unit (please see the last two photos). I ask for your understanding.
It is a 5-minute walk from Yeonsinnae Station. Buses running directly to major business districts—such as Gangnam, Yeouido, and Gwanghwamun—stop right in front of the building. Transportation is excellent, with access to Subway Lines 3 and 6 as well as the GTX.
Smoking is not permitted inside the room. Although there is a sink and a kitchen area, the lack of a ventilation fan may make cooking difficult. Amenities include a ramen cooker, induction cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator.
There are plenty of things to enjoy nearby, such as Yeonseo Market, Lotte Super, and Yeonsinnae Rodeo Street. Hospitals, restaurants, and cafes—including Metro Tower and Cheonggu Sungsim Hospital—are within walking distance.
The weekly maintenance fee is 50,000 won; however, if the total cost—including water and electricity—exceeds 60,000 won, I will bill you for the excess amount. Please note that running the boiler all day costs 10,000 won per day.
My wife and I stayed here for five weeks while our new home was undergoing renovations; we had such a great experience and made wonderful memories, so I wanted to leave a review. First of all, the place is spacious. Although the building is older, it is incredibly large for the price. I was informed that cooking wasn't allowed because there is no range hood in the kitchen, but honestly, you likely won't need to cook anyway. Yeonseo Market is right out front, so you certainly won't go hungry—there is a huge variety of food available there. The landlord keeps the place impeccably clean. The hot water and heating system work perfectly (I tested them), and the air conditioning was excellent during the height of summer, so we stayed cool and comfortable. The washing machine shows some signs of age but functions perfectly. The other residents in the building are polite and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The landlord is extremely kind and responsive, even helping out late at night whenever we needed assistance or information. I highly recommend this place to office workers, people on business trips or assignments, students, and newlyweds looking for a place to stay temporarily. Amazing stay. The landlord is super kind and friendly. For this price, I guarantee you won't find another flat this spacious. The flat is kept clean, as is the bathroom. There is a local market right out front with a wide variety of foods to try. I absolutely recommend this place to tourists.
I had a great stay in this unique apartment. It is very spacious and in a great location. The landlady is also very helpful and kind. But I don't want to praise it too much, because I want it to be available when I come back—lol.
