(Parking: Please use alley parking.) - Samsung Electronics (Suwon): 10 minutes by car - Kyung Hee University: 20 minutes on foot / 4 minutes by car / 10 minutes by public transport - Incheon Airport: Take bus 4100 (1 hour from Mangpo Station Exit 7 bus stop)
📍 Before booking, please inform us of your purpose of visit, duration, and number of people (standard 2 people) via chat. 📍 Check-in is contactless. - Check-in: 3 PM, Check-out: 11 AM 📍 Up to 2 people can use the space. 📍 Smoking, resident registration, and pets are not allowed. (A special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for violations) 📍 Detailed instructions will be sent upon completion of the contract. 📍 This space is rented for non-accommodation purposes, so personal hygiene items cannot be provided. 📍 Additional charges will be applied if high utility costs are incurred due to excessive heating, cooling, electricity, or water usage.

Although it was just a short-term stay, the charming interior and the thoughtfully stocked amenities and kitchenware made for a cozy and comfortable experience. With two convenience stores nearby and excellent local restaurants close by, I didn't have to worry about where to get food.
