This is a clean room optimized for 1-2 people on a business trip to Pohang or for a one-month stay. When you enter, there is a large window facing southeast, so it is always bright. It is a fully furnished room with a bed and TV. For business trips or working holidays, a sofa and lift-up table are provided for comfortable rest, and a desk with drawers and a recliner chair are provided for remote work. Simple cooking is possible, and there is a drum washing machine so you can do laundry in the room.
The intercity bus terminal is a 5-minute drive away. Express buses are easily accessible by public transport, with a stop located near the main road by the city hall for boarding and alighting.
