Homeplus and E-Mart are nearby, and Nonghyup Hanaro Mart is within 200 meters. A convenience store is located just 30 meters from the accommodation, and a large wholesale food mart is 50 meters away. There are also unmanned cafes, Ediya, and hanok-style cafes in the area.
There is no separate standard management fee; however, the base occupancy is two people. An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person per day applies for any additional guests and must be paid in advance upon check-in. Please also note that guests are liable for any damage to facilities or property, and significant liability applies if guests check out without reporting such damage.
