Hello, this is Easy Brick! ☺️ We are located just a 3-minute walk from Exit 3 of Gubeundari Station—an incredibly convenient location! :) A major advantage of our property is the spacious parking lot, which accommodates up to 10 vehicles, so you can arrive with ease without worrying about parking! There are three rooms in total: one is set up with a queen-size bed, while the others feature separate double and single beds. :) 🩷Please note that our property operates under a 'short-term lease agreement' rather than as a commercial lodging business. Consequently, unlike hotels or pensions, we do not provide bedding (duvets, pillows), towels, or personal amenities. To ensure a comfortable stay, please be sure to bring your own bedding.

There are a large supermarket (Myeongseong Mart), convenience stores, Homeplus, and even a CGV cinema nearby. ☺️ It is also close to Myeongseong Church. 👍

I had a great two-week stay. The host was incredibly kind, and the place is cozy! Highly recommended—great value for the price.
It was spacious, and the open windows let in plenty of sunlight, which I really liked.
