- There is a bus stop right in front of the building. - You can take bus No. 311 to Daejeon Station. - It is located right behind the Daejeon Health Institute of Technology dormitory and is 1.2 km away from Woosong University (straight-line distance). - It is within a 10-minute bus ride from Daejeon Station.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - You can enjoy a comfortable stay throughout your visit. ☑️ Please contact us separately for stays of less than one week.
- Please contact us if you are looking for a place to stay and relax in Daejeon for the short term. 🙏 For hygiene reasons, we do not provide bedding, towels, toiletries, or personal items. 🙏 Please dispose of trash and food waste according to recycling regulations (disposing of wet wipes or food waste in the toilet is strictly prohibited as it can cause clogs). 🙏 An additional special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be deducted from the deposit in cases of bedding stains, damaged fixtures, excessive trash, indoor smoking, indoor meat grilling (due to lingering odors), or unauthorized pets. 🙏 As this is a shared living space, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; forced eviction may occur if complaints arise.

All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. 5. Charges will apply for mattress stains or the loss/damage of items. - Please dispose of trash and clean the room upon check-out; additional cleaning fees will be charged if the room is left in poor condition or if property damage has occurred.
