① Accommodation Information This property is a short-term rental residence, not a commercial lodging establishment. Therefore, bedding, daily necessities, and disposable items are not provided at all. ② Occupancy The property is intended for single occupancy as a general rule. Occupancy by two or more people is possible only after prior inquiry. If the property is used in violation of the agreement without prior inquiry, you will be required to vacate immediately without a refund. ③ Management Fees and Utility Charges (Based on Check-in to Check-out) There are no separate management fees for single occupancy. Included (Covered by the host): Water (provided as a base amount; additional costs apply for excessive usage), Internet, TV. Separate (Covered by the guest): Gas (LPG), Electricity (Settled based on actual usage). For items listed as separate charges, meter readings will be checked at check-in and check-out, and costs will be settled based on actual usage. ④ Restrictions To maintain a pleasant environment, indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. ⑤ Facility Usage Guidelines If appliances, furniture, or facilities within the property are damaged or severely soiled, repair and replacement costs may be charged. Please return the property to a condition similar to when you checked in upon your departure.
