As it is located on the top floor, there is no disturbance from neighbors, making it ideal for those who prefer a quiet and peaceful living environment.

- Charges are calculated transparently based on actual usage. Hot water and electricity costs are billed via the management fee statement based on actual consumption. (Included items are city gas, wireless internet, TV reception fees, food waste disposal fees, etc.) - Additional charges typically average around 15,000 KRW per week, though this amount varies significantly depending on usage. Please refrain from excessive usage that goes beyond normal daily needs (such as using hot water for laundry or leaving the air conditioner running while away for extended periods). Thank you.
I chose this place to stay close to my parents' home. As it is a newly built apartment, it was spotless; although it is located in a quiet area, all necessary amenities are nearby, making my stay very comfortable. Thanks to the host's thoughtfulness, the check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to Korea, as it offers a comfortable place to stay not far from my parents' house :)

The house is wonderful—so clean and spacious. Our family of three, including our child, had a great stay for over two weeks. It was also convenient for commuting to Pangyo.
