Suwolgyeonghwa is a clean and emotional space that has been recently remodeled. Centered around warm wood tones, each space has been carefully decorated to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. The accommodation consists of a total of 3 rooms, with a layout designed for a leisurely stay. In addition, we have prepared a rooftop space where you can enjoy a cafe-like atmosphere, a cozy terrace, and a rooftop space, so that your time here becomes an experience in itself. We recommend Suwolgyeonghwa to those who want to quietly rest in the city center.
[Location and Surroundings] Suwol Gyeonghwa is located in the heart of Centum City, approximately 5 minutes from Shinsegae Department Store and BEXCO. At the nearby Arts Center, you can enjoy various performances and exhibitions, and Gwangalli Beach is about a 15-minute drive away. Haeundae, Haeridan-gil, and Cheongsapo are also easily accessible. It's a balanced location where you can enjoy shopping, culture, and the sea all nearby.
Smoking is not allowed indoors, and cooking is prohibited on the rooftop.
[Additional Information] Right in front of the building, you'll find Tous les Jours, a supermarket, and a hospital, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafes. This makes your stay convenient for both daily life and getting around. You can easily take a short walk and find everything you need, creating a comfortable living environment.
In winter, it is 15,000 won per day. Additional charges will apply if excessive usage occurs.
This is an amazing place to stay in a wonderful neighborhood. The owners are very kind, thoughtful, and highly responsive to all your needs. It is close to everything Centum City and Haeundae have to offer. A cozy stay in Busan—highly recommended.
