You can conveniently travel to Seongsu Cafe Street, Seoul Forest, and the Konkuk University commercial district, all within a 5-10 minute distance. There is a complex nearby, so you can use the library or cafe. Sejong University is close, so you can use the restaurants or cafes near Sejong University. Children's Grand Park is close and convenient to use.
The management fee is included within the general scope of use. However, if excessive use occurs, such as continuing to use heating and cooling when leaving for a long time, additional costs may be incurred. We ask for your understanding as this is a guide for comfortable use.
