- This is a two-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a pleasant 5-story building with a bright atmosphere. - Many options are available, including a TV, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, and bidet. If desired, two single beds can be provided. - If you need any additional options, they can be provided after prior consultation. (e.g., tableware, bedding, cooking utensils, etc.) - Although not shown in the photos, curtains (blinds) have been installed.
There are several bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, and these stops have many routes. It is a convenient location for using public transportation to the city center, Dunsan area, etc.
If you're curious about the actual room, you can visit and check it out beforehand.
-Located between Beodeunae Apartment and the food alley, you can conveniently access supermarkets and various shops. -Yudeungcheon, which is good for walking and riding, is nearby. -It is also convenient to use Domakeun Market and Taepyeong Market.
General management fees, electricity, gas, water, and garbage (including food) disposal costs are all included. However, if an abnormally excessive fee is charged, an additional charge may be imposed.
Thanks to the kind host, I had a comfortable two-week stay in a very clean and spacious home.
The host was wonderful, and the two-room unit was clean. I really enjoyed my stay. It was also great having plenty of places to eat nearby.
