It’s not on the ground floor; it’s a semi-basement. The air conditioner was filthy and riddled with mold. It’s noisy because there are many bars nearby. The neighbors make a lot of noise and commotion at 4:30 AM. The bathroom looks just like the one in the movie *Parasite*.
It's very close to the subway station, and it's easy to get to Seongsu Street and Seoul Forest. The tenant responded right away, so I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The water pressure is good, and the hot water works well.
