This 4-story building is located right in front of Hamdeok Seoubong Beach. It has an elevator, and there is a large, free public parking lot across the street. It is equipped with 2 single beds and 1 folding bed, accommodating a standard occupancy of 2 people and a maximum of 3. (Additional guest fee: 50,000 KRW per week) This is a fully furnished studio apartment with a TV, refrigerator, washing machine, rice cooker, microwave, dining table, and Wi-Fi. Pets (1 dog under 5kg) are allowed (30,000 KRW for final cleaning).
It takes 30 to 40 minutes to get to Jeju Airport by car. It is a 10-minute walk to Hamdeok Beach bus stop and a 10-minute walk to Hamdeok 4-gu bus stop.
1. After confirming the number of people at the time of contract, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Additional guests beyond the contracted number are not allowed. 2. Smoking is not allowed indoors. 3. One pet under 5kg is allowed. A pet cleaning fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged once a week upon check-out. Restoration costs will be charged for damaged items or furniture. 4. Up to 3 people can use the accommodation. Mid-stay cleaning is not available. 5. Amenities such as towels and toilet paper are not provided. 6. Although we regularly disinfect and sanitize, insects and pests may occur due to the characteristics of the surrounding area and weather. Refunds will not be issued for this reason. 7. You can communicate and inquire with the manager at any time, and we will take immediate action if any problems arise.
It is a 1-minute walk from Hamdeok Seoubong Beach, so you can enjoy the view from the balcony. You can enjoy swimming with your dog, surfing, climbing Seoubong Oreum, and walking in the lawn park. It is also a good place for trekking on Olle Trail Course 19. Hamdeok has a good infrastructure with famous restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. **Free use of Jeju Foot Bath Cafe once a week is provided within the building.***
Items not included in the management fee will be settled and charged upon check-out. We will send you photos of the gas and electricity meters upon check-in, and upon check-out, we will send you the meter readings for your usage to settle the bill. One pet under 5kg is allowed, and a pet check-out cleaning fee of 30,000 won will be charged. Additional compensation will be charged for any damaged items.
