• For same-day cancellations, a 10% penalty of the sum of Rent and Service Fee applies regardless of refund policy. However, full refunds apply during the free cancellation period.
• Utility Fees, Cleaning Fees, and Deposits are fully refunded upon cancellation.
• Refund policies may differ depending on the landlord.
• If a lease is canceled due to the landlord’s circumstances, the landlord will pay the tenant a penalty based on the same criteria.
