We will send you a usage guide message once the contract is confirmed. Smoking is not allowed indoors (including electronic cigarettes). (A special cleaning fee will be charged if there are traces of cigarette butts.) Please contact us if any provided items are contaminated, damaged, or lost. Pets are not allowed. (A special cleaning fee will be charged for unauthorized entry.) Only one parking space is available, and it is on a first-come, first-served basis.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
