I really liked having a spacious entryway/foyer area. The interior was spotless, there was plenty of bedding, and the place was well-stocked with seasonings and kitchenware, making it very convenient. It has a separate kitchen, giving it a cozy, home-like feel. The neighborhood is quiet, and there are great restaurants nearby—like the galbi place and 'Bukpyeong Tofu,' which opens early in the morning. It would be even better if there were a single bed and an extra floor mat. Since it's a great spot for families or friends, having the option to sleep on a bed and a floor mat is much more comfortable for same-sex groups. Four of us stayed for about four weeks without any issues... It was close enough to walk to work near Jukseoru Pavilion every day. I plan to stay here again if I come back to Samcheok—highly recommended!

I stayed here for two weeks and had a truly comfortable experience without a single issue! The place was fully equipped with everything I needed, so I lacked nothing, and the accommodation felt safe, allowing me to stay worry-free. Thanks to that, I had a really comfortable two-week stay!
