Cable TV is available. Weekly reservations + staying a few extra days are possible. Please inquire (additional charges apply). Cleaning supplies are available.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you use an excessive amount that is beyond common sense, you may be charged extra.
It was clean and fully equipped with tableware, so I had a great stay! The location was convenient, too—right in front of a bus stop—making it easy to get to Gongdeok and reach Hongdae or Sinchon with just a single bus ride. The room isn't huge, but it’s well-laid out and practical.
The house is quiet and the host's feedback is fast.
I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
