It was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed, so I really enjoyed my stay, even though it was short.

Two adult women stayed here! It's a spacious and comfortable house. The host was very attentive and took good care of us, for which we were very grateful. The layout is divided into a living room, master bedroom, bathroom, shoe cabinet, and laundry room, and the two beds were definitely the biggest advantage. The bathroom was not small and was clean. The living room had a sofa, TV, and table, making it comfortable for resting and eating. The master bedroom had two beds, each probably a single or queen size, perfect for lounging around. They were definitely not small. There was also a dressing table, which was great, and two large wardrobes for organizing clothes. The kitchen area in the living room was well-equipped with dishes and other kitchen utensils, making it easy to cook. There's also a refrigerator, so it's good for cooking your own meals instead of ordering delivery. The laundry room has a vacuum cleaner, drying rack, detergent, and a mop, so there's no need to find a laundromat. During our stay, I only remember seeing one fruit fly, but no other bugs. It was hard to find any drawbacks like mold or smells, which can sometimes be an issue with semi-basement apartments. If I had to pick a drawback, it would be that it's dark even during the day, like a cloudy day, but that's unavoidable, and I'm a night owl, so it was fine for me. Also, outside the house, it's not a noisy commercial street but mainly residential houses in Gangnam, so it's quiet, the weather is nice, and it's perfect for a walk. If you walk about 15 minutes further, you'll find the bright and lively commercial areas around Gangnam Station, which I recommend visiting. Considering the location, house structure, atmosphere, and everything else, it's a really great house. I can feel that the host is meticulously managing it, and I'm very grateful. I made many good memories during my stay, and I feel very sad to leave. If the next tenant hadn't moved in right away, I would have extended my stay for a few more weeks. I hope that the next person who stays here will also have happy memories. Thank you!
