🏨 Check-in and check-out are contactless. Instructions will be sent via KakaoTalk one day prior to check-in. 🥑 Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (including e-cigarettes). Please note that an additional cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated. 🥑 The entire building is non-smoking; smoking is not permitted even on the terrace. 🥑 Parties are prohibited both indoors and on the terrace. Please keep noise levels down after 9 PM out of consideration for neighbors. Terrace use is not allowed after 9 PM. Stella Building is a multi-unit residence with 22 households; please be considerate of others to avoid conflicts. 🥑 Guests will be asked to leave immediately if any noise complaints are received. 🥑 Please sort and dispose of recyclables daily, and place food waste in the red bin located by the street. 🥑 Pets are not allowed at this property. If you are traveling with a pet, please book my other property, "Dog-Friendly Stay," instead. 🥑 The standard occupancy is 4 people, with a maximum capacity of 9. (Please inquire before booking regarding additional guest fees and bedding provision for extra guests.) 🥑 The CCTV in the 5th-floor hallway is used solely for monitoring the number of guests.

🚩 All costs are included, including a TV with Netflix access and Wi-Fi. 🚩 Additional charges may apply for excessive air conditioning use during the hot summer or excessive heating costs during the freezing winter. 🚩 All costs for internet, cable TV, and Wi-Fi are included.
