Please note that an additional cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated. 🥑 The entire building is non-smoking; smoking is not permitted even on the terrace. 🥑 Parties are prohibited both indoors and on the terrace. Please keep noise levels down after 9 PM out of consideration for neighbors. Terrace use is not allowed after 9 PM. Stella Building is a multi-unit residence with 22 households; please be considerate of others to avoid any conflicts. 🥑 Immediate eviction will be enforced if any noise complaints are received. 🥑 Please sort and dispose of recyclables daily, and place food waste in the red bin located in front of the building on the street. 🥑 Pets are not allowed at this property. If you wish to stay with a pet, please book my other listing, "Dog-Friendly Stay." 🥑 The standard occupancy is 4 people, with a maximum capacity of 8. (Additional guests incur a fee of 20,000 KRW per person per night, which includes bedding.) 🥑 The CCTV in the 5th-floor hallway is used solely for monitoring the number of guests.
