This place was recently renovated. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable, featuring two rooms, a dining area, and a small kitchen. The location was excellent—right next to AK Plaza and Hongik University Station—making it very convenient to get around. My 8-year-old daughter and I had a wonderful stay, and we didn't have any issues with neighbors complaining about noise (though she didn't jump or run around). We didn't really hear the neighbors either, so it was a quiet residential building. The beds were comfortable (both queen-sized), and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. We hardly used the kitchen, but having a microwave and fridge was convenient. Utensils were provided as well, so we could use spoons for cereal and yogurt. One thing to note is that items like blankets, towels, and pillows are available only for an additional fee, so it's best to bring your own if possible. The owner was kind and always quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this place!
I found this place while looking for accommodation for a two-week stay with my children, who were graduating from high school in the U.S. It is located right in front of Exit 5 of Hongik University Station, making it very convenient for the kids to get around, and best of all, it was newly renovated and spotless. We also rented bedding, and the quality and cleanliness were excellent. I was a bit worried and skeptical at first since there were no reviews, but I was completely satisfied with the amenities, location, and cleanliness. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.
