It is located very close to Suwon's major attractions. - Banghwasuryujeong Pavilion/Yongyeon Pond: 5-minute walk - Yeonmudae/Dongjangdae/Flying Suwon: 2-minute drive, 10-minute walk - Fortress Wall Walking Path/Solitary Ginkgo Tree: 2-minute walk - Hwaseong Haenggung Palace/Haengnidan-gil: 5-minute drive - Suwon KT Wiz Park/World Cup Stadium: 5-minute drive - Ajou University Hospital: 7-minute drive
- Check-in: 16:00 / Check-out: 11:00 (Please inquire in advance for early check-in or late check-out; additional fees may apply, or the request may not be possible depending on availability.) - Please contact us separately if you wish to book on a daily basis rather than weekly. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. - Check-in is contactless. - The base occupancy is 3 people, with a maximum capacity of 6. An additional fee of 30,000 KRW per week applies for each extra person. (Utility charges may be billed in cases of excessive usage.) - Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the accommodation (including e-cigarettes). A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected in the room or bathroom. - Pets are not allowed.
- As this is a residential area, please be mindful of noise after 10 PM. Parties, gatherings, or activities that generate excessive noise are not permitted. - You may be charged for damages in the event of property damage or soiling. - A convenience store and a supermarket are located within a 1-minute walk. - Three queen-sized beds are provided; the unit accommodates up to 6 guests. - 43-inch TV (Netflix and YouTube available; please use your own personal accounts). - 24kg washing machine and 20kg dryer provided.
- All utilities are included in the management fee (electricity, gas, water, and internet). - Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.
It is clean and well-maintained. I stayed for two weeks, and it was great for walks since it is close to the stream leading to Hwahongmun Gate.
