Basically, all utility bills are included in the management fee. ^^. However, please note that if you use the included items excessively, we may request an additional management fee of 30,000 won or more per week!
It was great having air conditioning in the master bedroom, living room, and smaller bedroom within the spacious layout. However, the washing machine was a bit small—which was inconvenient since we had just come from water activities—and the electric fan and built-in closets were dusty and seemed to need cleaning.
I’m leaving with wonderful memories thanks to the spotless condition and pleasant environment; it was such a great place that I’d definitely stay here again.
