    I am not a local, but I have been staying in Jung-dong for several months for work. When I saw a listing for a place that had been recently and immaculately remodeled, I booked it almost as if I were under a spell. Thanks to the host, who paid meticulous—almost excessive—attention to every detail even before I moved in, I had a wonderful stay. Since there is still a significant temperature fluctuation, there were some cold days, which is tough for someone like me who gets cold easily. However, the host informed me that the central heating wasn't running yet and had thoughtfully provided an electric heating pad. (That said, if you are sensitive to the cold, you might still find it a bit chilly as the air itself is cool.) Aside from that, it’s a perfect 100 out of 100! I mostly just slept there due to work and didn't do any cooking, but since the host has stocked the place with items that are practically brand new, you can expect a very clean and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it.

    I chose this place because I liked the interior, and it was so neat and clean, which I loved :) I often rent short-term for work, and this was the best place I've used so far! They helped with parking and responded quickly to my inquiries, so I had a comfortable stay. Having many convenience facilities nearby is also a big advantage! I wanted to extend my stay because I'll be in the area longer, but it's a shame it's already fully booked 🥹
