(Additional fee of 30,000 KRW per week) Since the floors are made of laminate, please ensure your pet is properly house-trained. - The property is rented with the mattresses and basic bedding in their current condition. - For the foldable gray mattress, please use the provided white pad on top. - Please refrain from drinking, partying, or making loud noises late at night. * As this is a short-term rental and not a hotel, personal hygiene items such as towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and detergents are not provided. * All furniture and fixtures are provided for use free of charge in their current condition.
The Deokbongsan Coastal Ecological Trail consists of an inland course (317m) that leads up to an observation deck along a path lined with dense bamboo forests, and a coastal course (626m) where you can admire unique rock formations rising from the sea. Once you reach the summit via the trail, you can enjoy refreshing sea breezes and take in panoramic ocean views, including a bird's-eye view of Maengbang Beach and Deoksan Beach. Pine Valley Country Club (Pine Valley CC) is an 18-hole golf course located in Geundeok-myeon, Samcheok-si, Gangwon-do. It offers a distinctive golfing experience where you can play on "untouched natural terrain" against the backdrop of the Taebaek Mountain Range and the fresh air of the East Sea. Maengbang Golf Course is a public 9-hole course attached to the Seaspo Ville Resort near Maengbang Beach (Maengbang Myeongsa-simni) in Samcheok, Gangwon-do. It is a compact, resort-style course that is perfect for a casual round during a day trip. The Maengbang Canola Flower Festival is a spring flower festival held in the Sangmaengbang-ri area of Geundeok-myeon, Samcheok. Its main attraction is the ability to capture yellow canola fields, cherry blossom paths, and the East Sea all in a single frame. Maengbang Beach is a long, sandy beach located in Geundeok-myeon, Samcheok, widely known by its nickname "Myeongsa-simni." With relatively shallow waters (making it ideal for families to play in) and well-developed surrounding facilities, it offers the atmosphere of a premier beach destination. It is also famous as a filming location for BTS's "Butter" album! Deoksan Beach is located close to Maengbang Beach (separated only by Deokbongsan Mountain); it is a slightly more intimate beach with a charming local atmosphere.
The base utility fee covers up to 6 guests, and there is an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per extra person. Gas and electricity are included in the utility fee; however, if usage is excessive due to air conditioning or heating, additional charges may be billed and settled upon checkout. If you are bringing a pet (limited to one), an additional fee of 30,000 KRW per week will be charged.
I stayed here for a business trip and was very pleased with how clean the room was and how well-equipped it was with amenities. The surroundings were very quiet and the view was lovely, so I would definitely want to stay here again if I come back for another business trip.
I suddenly had to go to Samcheok, so I made a reservation, and it was as spacious and nice as the pictures. It's by the sea, so I had a very relaxing time. The room was quiet and clean, and I slept soundly. I had a great time talking with my friends all night and making good memories. The surrounding amenities are close, and I enjoyed eating sashimi while looking at the East Sea. I had a wonderful stay.
