Check-in is contactless. If you have any inconveniences after moving in, the host family lives on the upper floor, so you can communicate with them at any time. The standard check-in time is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM the next day. The check-out time is not subject to change as it is for facility inspection and cleaning for the next guest. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors for the next guests. Violators will be liable for a 100,000 won penalty. Upon check-out, please wash the dishes, tidy up, and separate the trash for recycling. Please also turn off electronic devices, the boiler, and the air conditioner! How to separate trash: Please separate recyclable waste into paper/vinyl/plastic (bottles) in the recycling bins in the kitchen. Please put food waste and general waste in a standard-sized trash bag and leave it outside the glass door on the 1st floor. (Standard-sized trash bags can be purchased separately at nearby supermarkets or convenience stores) This is a multi-family house in a residential area, so please be quiet.
It is a 5-minute walk from Samyang Station on the Ui-Sinseol Line and a 10-minute walk from Mia Station on Line 4. There is a GS25 convenience store within a 1-minute walk, and Suyu Traditional Market, Lotte Mart Samyang Branch, and Mia Station's amenities and public transportation are easily accessible within a 7-10 minute walk.
For a one-month contract, the monthly management fee (gas and electricity) is included up to 100,000 KRW. If the usage exceeds this amount, the excess will be additionally settled according to the actual usage.
