Agave House is a two-room stay located in Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo. The entire house has been newly remodeled, and the owner decorated it with the image of enjoying a leisurely time listening to Latin music and a glass of mojito after a walk along the beach (there is also a mint garden). The overall atmosphere aims for a comfortable and relaxed vibe, like a house on the coast of Spain or Mexico. It is a suitable space for friends or family to stay and enjoy a relaxed time as if living in Jeju for a while.
The accommodation is located in Hwasun-ri, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo, and is a 50-minute drive or a 60-minute public transport ride from Jeju Airport. There are various bus routes in the city near the accommodation, so you can quickly travel to the airport and surrounding tourist destinations.
After booking, we will provide you with the front door password for check-in, allowing you to enter at your designated check-in time. Each room is equipped with basic furniture and kitchen facilities for comfortable living. In front of the room, there is a small herb garden and a box-type private vegetable patch where you can grow simple herbs or vegetables depending on the season. You can enjoy barbecues in the shared courtyard space, which is also used by the adjacent building, making it a great spot for some outdoor time during your stay. Overall, the space is designed to provide a comfortable stay for both long-term and short-term guests.
Hwasun-ri, Andeok-myeon, where Agave House is located, is an area with well-established living infrastructure in Jeju. Most of the facilities necessary for daily life, such as Hanaro Mart, convenience stores, hospitals, dental clinics, public baths, and a free gym, are within walking distance. The advantage of this place is that it combines the convenience of daily life with the natural environment. You can walk to the nearby beach in about 10 minutes. The surroundings are quiet and have a charming residential atmosphere, making it suitable for both short trips and long stays. The accommodation is located between the English Education City and Jungmun, offering good accessibility. You can enjoy a wide range of dining options, from local restaurants to various international eateries and restaurants popular with tourists. It is also an area where a friendly and open atmosphere for travelers and an international sensibility coexist. You can freely explore the surroundings with the bicycles provided at the accommodation. Guests will receive four lunch coupons for a restaurant 10 minutes away from the accommodation. Indoor smoking and cooking of fish/meat are not allowed. In Jeju Island, there is a system where you directly dispose of general waste and recyclables at the recycling assistance center (no vehicle collection in front of the house). Food waste can be disposed of at the recycling assistance center using a T-money card. The closest one is "Hwasun-ri Recycling Assistance Center," which you can find by typing it into T-map. It is 150m from the accommodation and accessible by both walking and car. Consumables such as toilet paper, wet wipes, and bottled water are provided once upon initial check-in.
All utility bills are included in the maintenance fee.
I stayed here for a week with my three children, and the accommodation was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was kind and thoughtful, and I am truly grateful for the wonderful stay. With all the basic amenities and infrastructure in place, this is a place I would love to visit again for an extended stay in Jeju, even without any prior knowledge of the area. We had a very comfortable one-week stay in Jeju Island with our family. Above all, the host was incredibly kind and responsive to messages, making communication completely seamless. The interior of the accommodation is neat and stylishly decorated; with two queen beds and floor bedding provided, it was perfectly sized for our family of five. A major highlight was the spacious bathroom and large bathtub, which made bathing our young children very convenient. Parking was easy thanks to the ample street parking available nearby, and the location was close to major tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. Overall, this is an excellent accommodation for families looking for a practical and comfortable place to stay.
