This detached house was newly built in September 2025 and is very clean and cozy. It has 4 super single beds. The view of the green park from the room window is excellent. There is a skylight, so you can enjoy the sky, moon, and stars while sleeping.
It is a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Government Complex Gwacheon Station on Subway Line 4 and the Gwacheon Central Park (KT Gwacheon Branch) bus stop. It is a transportation hub with easy access to all buses, including Seoul Gangnam (20 minutes), Yeouido (30 minutes), and Gwanghwamun (40 minutes).
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a usage guide message. Indoor smoking and pets are not allowed. Occupancy by more than 4 people and registration of new residents are not allowed. Guest ID verification is required upon check-in.
Seoul Land, Seoul Grand Park, Racecourse Park, National Science Museum, National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Kim Jeong-hui Chusa Museum, Cheonggyesan Mountain, Gwanaksan Mountain, etc. are all within walking distance. E-Mart, Sae Seoul Mart, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores are nearby, making it convenient to live here.
The management fee includes gas, water, electricity, communication, TV, Wi-Fi, elevator, and stair cleaning fees.
