It is a quiet residential building with excellent security, featuring key-card access at the main entrance. - As this is a short-term rental for living purposes, bedding, towels, and toiletries are not provided by default; however, they can be requested in advance for an additional fee. - Upon check-out, please restore the unit to the same condition as when you checked in, and ensure all trash is sorted and disposed of properly. - Guests must be 13 years of age or older (guests with children under 13 are permitted only if they agree to be mindful of noise that could disturb neighbors).
- Ideally located just a 1-minute walk from Hongik Univ. Station (Exit 5) and a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. - Convenient access to Subway Line 2, the Airport Railroad, and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. - A 1-minute walk to Hongdae Red Road, AK Plaza, convenience stores, and Gyeongui Line Book Street; a 3-minute walk to Yeontral Park, Yeonnam-dong, and the Yeonnam-dong Cafe Street. - Close to the Hongdae "Street of Youth" (Walking Street) and the popular dining district in Hapjeong; situated in a quiet, safe residential building.
- Contactless check-in/check-out is in place. - CCTV is in operation at the main entrance for safety and access monitoring. - Only the person who made the reservation may stay; additional guests are not permitted. - Pets and smoking are prohibited. - Smoking inside the accommodation may result in immediate eviction without a refund for the remaining stay. A special cleaning fee may also be charged. - Please use the luggage storage facility at Hongik Univ. Station Exit 5 for storing your bags. - On-site parking is available (70,000 KRW for a 6-night, 7-day stay); parking is not available after check-out.

The location was absolutely incredible! Walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to multiple coffee shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and Hongik station. Yet, it was very quiet, clean, and not too overwhelming. I highly recommend, and would stay there again!
