Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 11:00 The process is contactless. Toiletries are not provided for short-term rentals; please bring your own personal items such as towels and shampoo. - Bedding will not be changed during your stay. - Please purchase designated waste bags at a nearby market and dispose of general and food waste separately. - No indoor smoking or pets allowed (violation results in eviction and a 300,000 KRW fine). - You will be charged for any damage to the accommodation's furnishings, wallpaper, or bedding. - As this is a quiet residential area, please be mindful of noise after 9 PM.
