It is a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Konkuk University Station. Lines 2 and 7 are available. Seongsu Station on Line 2 is one stop away (10-minute walk). It is convenient to travel to Jongno, Myeongdong, Gangnam, and other central tourist areas of Seoul. Incheon Airport Bus No. 6013 - Jayang-dong (05666) is a 10-minute walk away.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. This will be conducted non-face-to-face. Bedding is not provided for short-term rentals. It is available for rent, so please inquire if needed. * Check-in 15:00, Check-out 11:00 -No smoking indoors, no pets (eviction and 300,000 won) -Please prepare your own daily necessities. -Please return all items to their original places before the end of the rental period. -Charges will be applied for any damage to the property's furnishings, wallpaper, or bedding. -This is a quiet residential area, so please be mindful of noise after 9 PM.

The location was great, making it very convenient to get around. The bed was large, and the room was in excellent condition overall. Thank you for the welcome snacks as well. I had a wonderful stay; this is a well-maintained property.
