From the window, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of Daegwallyeong’s highland vegetable fields and mountain ridges; the window-side table is a perfect spot to relax while watching the sunset. It is an excellent choice for a month-long stay. Located within a 10–12 minute drive of Yongpyong Resort and Alpensia Resort, it is ideally situated for golf, skiing, or exploring the natural beauty of Daegwallyeong. Sheep farms, such as Samyang Ranch, are also located nearby.
It offers excellent accessibility, located approximately 1.5 km from the Daegwallyeong IC. Yongpyong Resort and Alpensia Resort are within a 10-minute and 8-minute drive, respectively, and a bus stop is located at the village entrance. The distance from the village entrance to the house is approximately 1 km.
The base occupancy is for two people. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 1:00 PM. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please sort your trash and tidy up the space before checking out. Additional charges may apply in the event of soiling or damage. In addition to optional items, most daily necessities are provided, including tableware for four, cooking utensils, a frying pan, pots, food storage containers, an air fryer, an electric kettle, a blender/chopper, a portable gas stove, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner, a robot vacuum, and a drying rack.
This unit is located in the front building. From the living room, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the beautiful scenery of Daegwallyeong. A waterfront park walking trail right next to the apartment makes it perfect for a stroll at any time of day, and you can gaze at a sky full of stars at night. It is a quiet, peaceful area with a wonderful view. It offers a healing escape for those tired of the noise and bustle of the city. Nonghyup Hanaro Mart and Daiso are located within 3km, and there are several restaurants near the village entrance. Famous local landmarks like Silver Bell Church and Napoli Pizza are also located near the village entrance. There is a convenience store right in front of the apartment complex, and the area behind the complex features numerous pensions and vacation homes, making it a quiet and pleasant place to stay. In winter, nearby ski resorts allow you to fully enjoy skiing, the highlight of winter sports. Gangneung is just a 30-minute drive away via the highway. It is convenient to visit attractions like Gyeongpodae and Jumunjin Port. Admiring the jade-colored waters of Gyeongpo Beach and shopping at the seafood market in Jumunjin Port makes for a fantastic travel itinerary. Rental rates are as follows: Spring/Autumn (March, April, May, September, October, November): 350,000 KRW (maintenance fee included) Summer (June, July, August): 400,000 KRW (maintenance fee included) Winter (December, January, February): 500,000 KRW (maintenance fee included) Due to the nature of the SamsamM2 platform, only one rental rate is displayed. Upon your booking request, the rate will be adjusted to the applicable monthly price, and the contract will be finalized after payment.

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at this wonderful accommodation, which was newly renovated and kept impeccably clean.
This was the most comfortable and cozy accommodation I've ever had while traveling. It was a clean and modern new house, completely remodeled with Hanssem furniture, and despite the chilly weather at the end of March, I had a warm and cozy stay. The owner had prepared every little detail, so I had everything I needed. The lighting was beautiful, the furniture was luxurious, and it was very clean. It was always quiet, day and night, so I always had a great night's sleep. If you walk a bit down from the house, there's a walking path like a park, which is great for exercising by walking the track after dinner. There's a convenience store in front of the house, so it's very convenient to buy water or groceries. And there are two large Hanaro Marts near the house, making it convenient to shop on the way to and from. It's especially the best accommodation for families to use when visiting the many tourist attractions in Daegwallyeong-myeon. The owner was very responsive and took great care of me.
