This is a rooftop studio that I previously used as a personal workspace. I’m sharing it since I don't use the space very often. Please feel free to make yourself at home—just like staying at a friend's place! ✅️ Features a spacious rooftop veranda with great views and a cozy rooftop vibe. ✅️ Plenty of windows provide excellent natural light and ventilation. ✅️ Recommended for anyone looking for a simple, affordable space. ✅️ Located in a quiet residential area with no noise issues from neighbors or floors above/below. ✅️ Good water pressure. ✅️ Close to a traditional market and the local Rodeo Street.
8-minute walk from Yeonsinnae Station 2 bus stops from the station, then a 4-minute walk (get off at Jongno Pharmacy) Accessible via late-night bus N37 (get off at Dongmyeong Girls' High School)

It was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, making my short-term stay comfortable, and the landlord was very attentive and helpful.
The place is incredibly spacious and features two terraces, which I really loved. The water pressure in the bathroom is good, and the entire home is very tidy. There’s a large shoe cabinet outside the door—perfect for storing my large collection of shoes—and the laundry area is clean. The room has a sofa-bed that’s nice and plush; it’s exactly my style. Aside from the occasional mosquito, there are no bugs, and the neighborhood is quiet, so I’ve been very happy living here. The place is huge—even bigger than it looks in the photos. If I had to point out a few downsides, the building lacks an elevator, it’s a bit of a walk to the station, and there’s a slight incline on the way; however, these are issues you’d only avoid by living right next to the station, so I don't consider them major drawbacks. I wanted to sign a long-term lease, but the scheduling didn't allow for a continuous stay, so I’m moving out on the 10th. It’s the kind of place I’d love to keep all to myself!
