This is a space I use as a private studio. Since I don't use it very often, I’ve decided to share it. Please feel free to make yourself at home—just like staying at a friend's place! 1️⃣ It features a rooftop vibe, a spacious veranda, and a great view. 2️⃣ Plenty of windows provide excellent natural light. 3️⃣ Recommended for those looking for a simple, affordable place to stay. ✅️ Located in a quiet residential area with no noise issues from neighbors above or next door. ✅️ Great water pressure.
It is an 8-minute walk from Yeonsinnae Station. If you take the bus two stops from the station, it is a 4-minute walk.
✅️ Use of the gas stove is not permitted. ✅️ Indoor smoking is prohibited. (Liquid-type e-cigarettes are allowed!) If signs of smoking are found upon checkout, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. ✅️ As this is not a commercial lodging facility, bedding and separate amenities are not provided. ✅️ This is a standard residential space; activities that cause noise late at night, such as parties, are not permitted. ✅️ Resident registration (moving-in report) is not possible. ✅️ Inquiries are welcome.

It was clean and quiet, so it was good for a short-term stay. ㅎㅎㅎ
