There is a bus stop right in front of the house. Situated in the central area of Namhae, it offers the best location for getting around to any destination.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire house. - Please tidy up and sort your trash before checking out. - Cooking foods that produce strong odors, such as certain fish and meats, is not permitted indoors. - You may use your own equipment for a barbecue in the yard; however, the use of firewood is prohibited. Please ensure all embers are fully extinguished and the area is cleaned up thoroughly to prevent fire hazards. - To ensure a comfortable stay, the maximum occupancy is four people. - This is a rural home surrounded by mountains, the sea, and nature. While we make every effort to control insects, the nature of a rural setting means that occasional insects are unavoidable; please consider this carefully before booking. Please note that cancellations or refunds due to the presence of insects are not available.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There is a park nearby that is perfect for a stroll. Convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance. During the peak season (late July through August), the weekly rental rate increases to 450,000 KRW. Please inquire in advance if booking for this period, or be aware that a payment request for the adjusted amount may be issued.
- You may be charged an additional fee if the actual utility/maintenance costs significantly exceed the amount you have already paid. - One small dog (under 5 kg) is permitted; a separate cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW applies (payable on-site upon move-in).
