It is about 15 pyeong (approx. 500 sq ft) and consists of two rooms, a living room + kitchen, and a bathroom. -> Dates are calculated on a weekly basis, but if you send a separate message, we can adjust it to a daily basis. * Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a TV. * Bedroom 2 has a single bed, a TV, a desk, a chair, and a sofa. * There are two window-type air conditioners in each room, for a total of four. ♥ You can cook simple meals in the kitchen. Oil, salt, pepper, detergent, laundry detergent, and simple cooking utensils are provided.
Two major bus stops are a 3-4 minute walk away. ■Free parking is available right next door.

There is a convenience store, supermarket, bakery, cafe, and free public parking nearby, but it is also in a quiet location. 1. The cooking utensils are not perfectly equipped, so it's not easy, but please refrain from cooking dishes that smell or are difficult. 2. Please be mindful of noise after 11 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 3. Pets are not allowed in the building due to building rules. 4. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. (Smoking is allowed in the smoking area in front of the building and on the rooftop of the building.)
The price includes all utilities, such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. There are no separate charges.
