We don't accept just any guests; most are students, people studying for certifications, or office workers living alone—generally quiet and easygoing guests. As a host, I thoroughly manage any stress or harm from neighbors.

No smoking indoors. Do not engage in any behavior that disturbs the surrounding neighbors. Please take off your shoes indoors. Please dispose of trash generated during your trip in the recycling area located in the building's basement. Please sort recyclables into plastic, paper, cans, and PET bottles. For general waste, please use standard garbage bags sold at convenience stores and dispose of them separately. For food waste, please use food waste bags and place them next to the recycling bins. Please ensure proper ventilation after showering. Please ensure there is no trash left in the room upon check-out.
