Check-in is contactless. Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Information such as the password for each room and the Wi-Fi password will be sent via text message on the day of check-in. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
You can move in and start living right away, just prepare some basic necessities. All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if excessive utility bills are incurred due to negligence, additional charges may be applied.
This is a two-bay (1.5 room) multi-family detached house. It is equipped with a 2-person dining table set for the convenience of business trips and short-term stays. It has a queen-size bed, so you can use it spaciously. (For ultra-short-term rentals on a daily basis, please inquire separately.)
The "1.5-room" layout made the place feel spacious and comfortable. It was convenient that towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, so I only needed to bring my personal toiletries. There were also bags of various sizes available, which were handy for storing leftovers or disposing of food waste. Since the vanity was equipped with a hair dryer and a comb, you might just want to bring a hair straightener; cotton swabs were provided too, so you really don't need to pack too much!
I stayed here for a business trip; the facilities were spotless, and above all, I was really happy with the location thanks to the excellent surrounding amenities. 😊
