I compared several short-term rentals in the Gasan-dong area before booking this one, and I am truly satisfied. First off, the place was more spacious than it looked in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. The furniture, appliances, and kitchenware were all brand new, making the stay very comfortable. I’m quite sensitive to light, but the blackout curtains were excellent, so I slept like a baby. The air conditioning was also powerful. With the subway station and great restaurants nearby, the location is a perfect 100 out of 100. I chose this place after carefully comparing my options, and it seems there is a reason why this host is so popular. I think this is the best rental in Gasan-dong.

Maybe because it's an officetel, it was quiet, so it was good for working at night. And the host's response was amazing.
