The bed is a new Queen-size model from Livart. The goose-down topper and all bedding were purchased about a year ago and have been freshly laundered. The smaller room is rarely used, but I have set up a mattress there, so additional guests can sleep in that room. The TV offers free access to Netflix, Coupang Play, Apple TV, and YouTube. It is a 65-inch QLED 144Hz TV mounted on a movable stand for convenient positioning. You are free to use the desk, bookshelf, and books. Security is excellent; a key card is required to access the 13th floor, which is exclusive to the officetel units. You can set your own access code.
It is located directly across from the Gyeongan-dong E-Mart and the Gyeongan-dong Administrative Welfare Center. Transportation is excellent; there is a bus stop right in front, and you can catch express buses heading toward Gangbyeon and Cheonho-dong right in front of E-Mart. It is conveniently situated near various amenities, including Chamjoeun Hospital, restaurants, convenience stores, Gyeongan Market, and a street lined with vintage clothing shops, all located right behind the building.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Lighting is installed in both the living room and the master bedroom. Air conditioning units are available in both the master bedroom and the living room. Additional amenities include an induction cooktop, a washing machine (with detergent), shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, towels, and tableware. Bottled water, instant ramen, and instant rice are provided; we would appreciate it if you could replace them with items of similar value before checking out (though this is not mandatory). We have spare computers, such as a mini-PC and a laptop, available for use if you let us know in advance. A dual-monitor setup featuring a 32-inch main monitor and an 18.5-inch sub-monitor makes working very convenient. You can comfortably watch movies or streaming content (OTT) from the electric recliner, though we highly recommend watching while lying in bed.
